The #1 reason your esthetics business isn’t growing is because…

1. You Have No Plan.

There’s no method to your madness on social media or in marketing.

so when people email or message me, it is clear there is no plan.

You want to give a discount when….

  • the end of the month comes, and the rent is due
  • it’s slow
  • it’s not busy, and only 2 people are scheduled

2. You Don’t Know About Products, Ingredients and Histology.

You’re only taught in school how to pass your state boards and get your license.

It’s up to you to continue your education

  • you take classes
  • you look up information
  • you challenge your mind
  • you read articles

You do not go into a Facebook group and ask a question for other people’s opinions.

Pull out your esthetician book, go to Google, look it up…

To set yourself apart in the esthetics industry, know what you’re doing!

Don’t just use what smells good, and looks good on someone’s skin!

3. You Are Not Consistent With Your Customers

You need to present the same product to your customer 7 times before they really know what you’re offering.

You need to have the tenacity combined with a plan to truly be successful.
