  • Do you know your business?
  • Do you know how much money you’re making?
  • Do you know how much should you really be charging for your services?

If you can’t answer these confidently, you’re at a point for critical changes.

Initiate a plan, for what you should charge and how much you should be taking home.

Successful estheticians pay themselves. 

Retail is the next biggie.

You need to look at how you’re spending your money.

Most estheticians are spending their money on shipping products, but you need to realize-if you buy in bulk, you could save money and MAKE MORE.

Your retail sales should be spent on retail purchases, and whatever you make on services should be used to pay for rent, salary and other bills.

A lot of us don’t know where our money goes, you have to get disciplined with your cash.

Our industry can be volatile, because we simply don’t know anything about business.

It’s good to go outside our industry, and learn from people who are truly 100% business people.

Pay attention to the money running through your fingers.

When you value what you do, and you value the money in your hands, you are so much more careful with it.

It’s not about making money, it’s about managing your money.
